Account issues
1. 3.1 If you forget your password, suspect that someone knows your personal data, or suspect another user is taking an unfair advantage through cheating or collusion, you must report this to us.
2. 3.2 We may declare any bet or transaction void in whole or in part if we deem that any of the following occurred: the account holder or associates influence an event; the account holder or associates avoid rules; result or bet affected by criminal activity; odds significantly changed due to a public announcement; bets accepted during technical problems; an error such as mistake, misprint, technical or human error, force majeure or otherwise.
3. 3.3 When we close or suspend an Account, we may close any future Accounts registered by the same person, device, or address, or that use the same payment wallets or cards, and void or cancel all bets and transactions of that Account.
4. 3.4 You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and ensuring it remains inaccessible to anyone else.
Undertakings, declarations and warranties
1. 4.1 You are over the applicable legal age and allowed to participate in the Games.

3. 4.3 You participate on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

10. 4.10 For deposits and withdrawals you shall only use financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you.
11. 4.11 You may use the software only for personal and recreational purposes in accordance with all rules and applicable laws.

Multiple Accounts

You may register and use only one Account on the Website.
Only one account is allowed per household, IP address, and device; if two or more users share the same, we must be informed in advance.
If you attempt to register more than one Account, we may block or close accounts, void all bets, block bonuses and gifts, and void withdrawal requests; any returns, winnings, or bonuses accrued will be forfeited.

Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time and request withdrawal of the balance, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges; cancel any open bets and contact customer support; effective closure corresponds to termination of membership.
The method of repayment is at our absolute discretion.
We may close your Account and refund to you the Available to withdrawal balance, subject to charges, at our absolute discretion and without obligation to give a reason or prior notice.

Fraudulent, Illegal, and Other Prohibited Activity

Fraudulent activity if fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest, or improper activity is noticed including using VPN or proxy to mask location or making bets via or on behalf of a third party, we may block the user’s Account with forfeiture of all balances without prior notification and may report to relevant authorities.

Live Chat

Chat facility may be provided, moderated and recorded; it is for recreational and socializing purposes only and subject to rules.
You shall not make sexually explicit or grossly offensive statements including bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity.
You shall not make abusive, defamatory, harassing, or insulting statements.
You shall not advertise, promote, or relate to other online entities.
You shall not collude through chat; suspicious chats will be reported to authorities.
Breaches may lead to removal of chat or immediate termination of your Account; upon termination we refund funds in your Account over and above any amount owing if any.

Crashed & Aborted Games

We are not liable for downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or technical or political disturbance; refunds may be given solely at our discretion.
We accept no liability for damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the Website or its content including delays or interruptions, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, misuse, or errors or omissions in content.
In the event of a casino system malfunction, all wagers are void.
If a Game is started but miscarried due to system failure, we refund the amount wagered to your Account or pay it in an approved manner; if a credit existed, we credit or pay its monetary value.

Duties

Denying Winnings

Voltage Bet reserves the right to deny winnings in the following cases:
1. 1.1 The Customer has been designated as a bonus abuser.
2. 1.2 The Customer plays no-risk or low-risk strategies to avoid risking promotional credits or money.
3. 1.3 There is reason to believe the Player is using software or any other method to beat the Casino or abuse promotions.
4. 1.4 The Customer has not played for personal entertainment only or tries to engage in gambling as a steady source of income.
5. 1.5 The Customer’s personal information is blacklisted in an industry-wide security database.
6. 1.6 Incorrect or misleading registration, identification, or bank information, or a mismatch between the Casino account name and the name on the debit or credit cards used to deposit.
7. 1.7 The Customer made chargebacks or renounced, canceled, or otherwise reversed deposits.
8. 1.8 The Customer accesses Live and Progressive games with house money whereas such games can be played only with the net deposited amount.

General Bonus Terms

It is the Player’s responsibility to read and understand the promotion T&Cs before redeeming and to read each bonus description and its T&Cs prior to claiming.
To receive promotion money, claim a bonus in the Cashier or with Customer Service before making a deposit transaction.

Match Bonuses and Free Spins

Participation Terms

We reserve the right to cancel the Customer’s account for violations at any time without prior notification and may withhold the balance upon closure or termination if:
1. 1.1 The Customer has multiple accounts; we decide which remains active.

5. 1.5 The Customer submits incorrect, invalid, or outdated personal details.
6. 1.6 The Customer was found to be sharing their Account with another person.
7. 1.7 The Customer appeared to be involved in professional or group play.
8. 1.8 The Customer appeared connected to a person or group that has or may attempt to influence outcomes of sports events or specific markets.
9. 1.9 The Customer was found cheating here or at any other venue; we may pass credentials to other operators and affiliates.
10. 1.10 The Customer uses betting software or a robot program or places wagers through any means other than the Website.
11. 1.11 The Customer was found to be a bonus abuser or has been accused of bonus abuse in any other platform.
12. 1.12 Any payments made by the Customer to the Company were reversed or denied.
13. 1.13 The Customer threatens to request a refund or reverse deposits and demands special treatment based on threats.
14. 1.14 Based on internal risk assessment, the account activity falls under high-risk behavior that warrants action.
15. 1.15 The user’s actions align with known risk patterns that previously led to fraudulent activity.
16. 1.16 The user’s profile triggered a high-risk rating based on advanced fraud detection algorithms.
17. 1.17 Use of systems or strategies to gain an unfair advantage including bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, card counting, software assistance, or well-known strategies such as Martingale, Fibonacci, or Matched Betting.
18. 1.18 The Customer provided forged documents or images of documents have been altered in any way.
19. 1.19 We have reason to believe provided documents belong to another person or the account was opened without their consent.
We reserve the right to refuse membership to any applicant and to suspend an existing member’s playing privileges due to the reasons above.

Severability

Remaining provisions of these Terms survive if any term is found invalid, unenforceable, or illegal.
Any unenforceable term shall be severed and deleted after a reasonable period of adjustment; remaining provisions remain in force.

Representations and Warranty

By making a deposit or using the Website you guarantee:
